Group Accommodation

The Wildings Elms Meadow is perfect setting for a family reunion or group celebration. We are perfect for groups who love being outside but have different accommodation needs. There is plenty of outdoor space for everyone to gather. We are also happy to put you in touch with local suppliers that can provide group experiences, catering or afternoon tea boxes.

The Space and Accommodation

Waveney Cottage: Comfortably sleeps 3 (or 4 with a squeeze), featuring a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a single bed in a small single bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge. Please note bathroom is accessed via main bedroom
Fieldview Cottage: Comfortably sleeps 4 (or 5 with a squeeze) in a large bedroom with a king-size bed, double bedroom
Bumblebee Glamping Pod: Sleeps 2 with a comfortable double bed. Option to add small tent alongside (max 4 people)
Dragonfly Shepherds Hut: Sleeps 2 with a comfortable double bed. Option to add small tent alongside (max 4 people)
Foxglove Shepherds Hut: Sleeps 2 with a comfortable double bed. Option to add small tent alongside (max 4 people)
Seven Large Camping Pitches (with electric hook up): Each pitch offers ample room for a 6-8 person tent or 2 smaller tents, sleeping up to 35 (2 of these can accommodate campervans or tent boxes). Guests will need to bring their own camping gear.
Two Small Camping Pitches (non-electric) - Sleeps 2 on each pitch

Three hot camping showers and toilets to be shared amongst campers
Three individual private shower and toilets, one for each glamping unit
Small communal kitchenette equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, and shared fridge and freezer

Additional fridge in the Foxglove bathroom
Parking available for up to 14 cars, depending on your hire option

We can set up our projector for screening video content, perfect for special videos.
Borrow our party tent (6x3m) - you will need to set up/take down
Complimentary prosecco (5 bottles) and cake are included—no extra charge!
Fire pit hire is also included with all glamping units. You can purchase logs, kindling, marshmallows, and other items from our honesty shop, or pre-order them in advance.
We can optionally run a tuck shop selling sweets, chocolate, ice creams, cold soft drinks upon request. This is all very reasonably priced and run by our children (£1-3).

Exclusive Hire Options and Pricing

Exclusive hire of Camping/Glamping/Cottages - £900/night

(min 3 nights during bank holidays and school holidays) for up to 52 people

Additional payments:

Dogs - Max of 2 dogs per pitch or accommodation unit charged at £20/cottage or glamping unit that will be accommodating dogs for the stay
Extra people - We can accommodate a small number of extra campers if the numbers go above those outlined above by prior arrangement only. There will be an extra charge of £8 per person per night. Maximum 10 extras.

Discounts available for 5+ night stays, quieter times of the year and if you opt to bring your own bedding/towels

Payment

25% deposit to secure the booking and the remainder payable 6 weeks before your stay. An additional, £250 damage deposit is required 7 days before your stay, fully refundable after your stay, provided no damage occurs.

Catering options like a BBQ, afternoon tea, or food van hire

Other Information

We require a full guest list ahead of your stay (maximum of 40 guests).
Upon arrival, we’ll greet you, give you a tour, and be available for any questions, but we’ll mostly leave you to enjoy your stay. As we live on-site, we’ll be close by if needed.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the wildlife, our accommodation, and neighbours. Please keep noise levels down after 11pm and ensure all litter is cleaned up.
