Group Accommodation

The Wildings Elms Meadow is perfect setting for a family reunion or group celebration. We are perfect for groups who love being outside but have different accommodation needs. There is plenty of outdoor space for everyone to gather. We are also happy to put you in touch with local suppliers that can provide group experiences, catering or afternoon tea boxes.

The Space and Accommodation

Waveney Cottage: Comfortably sleeps 3 (or 4 with a squeeze), featuring a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a single bed in a small single bedroom, and a sofa bed in the lounge. Please note bathroom is accessed via main bedroom
Fieldview Cottage: Comfortably sleeps 2 (or 4 with a squeeze) in a large bedroom with a king-size bed and two single futons.
Bumblebee Glamping Pod: Sleeps 2 with a comfortable double bed. Option to add small tent alongside
Dragonfly Shepherds Hut: Sleeps 2 with a comfortable double bed. Option to add small tent alongside
Foxglove Shepherds Hut: Sleeps 2 with a comfortable double bed. Option to add small tent alongside
Five Spacious Camping Pitches (with electric hook up): Each pitch offers ample room for a 6-8 person tent or multiple smaller tents, sleeping up to 25 across all five pitches. Guests will need to bring their own tents and camping gear.

Additional Facilities

There is a small field available for gathering, ball games etc.
Three hot camping showers and toilets to be shared amongst campers
Three individual private shower and toilets, one for each glamping unit
Small communal kitchenette equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, and shared fridge and freezer
Outdoor washing up facilities
Additional fridge in the Foxglove bathroom
Parking available for up to 14 cars, depending on your hire option

Special Touches

Enjoy a projector in our garden for screening video content, perfect for special videos (e.g. from the groom) or games. Complimentary prosecco (5 bottles in hire option 1 and 3 bottles in hire option 2) and cake are included—no extra charge!
Fire pit hire is also included with all glamping units. You can purchase logs, kindling, marshmallows, and other items from our honesty shop, or pre-order them in advance.
We can optionally run a tuck shop selling sweets, chocolate, ice creams, cold soft drinks upon request. This is all very reasonably priced and run by our children (£1-3).

Option 1

Exclusive hire of Camping/Glamping area (excluding cottages) - £465/night (min 3 nights)

Option 2

Exclusive hire of Camping/Glamping/Cottages - £715/night (min 3 nights)

Discounts available for 5+ night stays, quieter times of the year and if you opt to bring your own bedding/towels

Payment

25% deposit to secure the booking and the remainder payable 28 days before your stay. An additional, £250 damage deposit is required 7 days before your stay, fully refundable after your stay, provided no damage occurs.

We're happy to suggest activities and extra touches to make your weekend truly unforgettable. Some ideas include:

Beach hut hire for a day by the sea
Tour and wine tasting experience at Flint Vineyard
A relaxing session at the Secret Sauna
Catering options like a BBQ, afternoon tea, or food van hire

Other Information

We require a full guest list ahead of your stay (maximum of 40 guests).
Upon arrival, we’ll greet you, give you a tour, and be available for any questions, but we’ll mostly leave you to enjoy your stay. As we live on-site, we’ll be close by if needed.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the wildlife, our accommodation, and neighbours. Please keep noise levels down after 11pm and ensure all litter is cleaned up.
